Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us . The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders ship free of charge to our customers.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy
A World of Pink Foundation ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Underwear
Underwear is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale/Clearance
All sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Conditions
Any and all items returned must be in original packaging with tags attached. Must also be unworn, unused, unwashed and free from any odors. Items not meeting this criteria will not be accepted.

Any and all items returned must be sent back within 15 days of the order and contain a copy of the original receipt.

Any item(s) eligible for return, will be refunded the full purchase amount including sales tax.

However, minus any shipping, processing or handling fees. This will be refunded once item(s) are inspected and accepted for return

Any and all items courtesy billed to the insurance company(s) will be subject to exchange or in store credit per that item only.

Insurance

Established Patient
If you are an established patient of Studio I / Naturally Yours and are interested in having your insurance billed for your mastectomy products please call to determine if you are eligible. We recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to help determine your insurance benefit coverage and documentation needs.

New Patient
If you are not a current patient of Studio I/Naturally Yours and are interested in becoming one, please call to schedule your initial fitting for proper sizing and determine insurance eligibility.

Cash Sale
You do not have to have had breast surgery to purchase or wear these products. However, we do recommend following the sizing chart to ensure a proper fit.
